Associate Designer
Key Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented design environment
• Create sketches, technical drawings, and assist with sample development
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Develop new styles under the guidance of senior designers and upper management
• Build and coordinate color options for seasonal collections
Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a designer or associate designer role
• Strong computer skills and professional email communication
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines
Compensation
• Salary: $60K– $80K annually
(Negotiable based on experience)
Schedule
• Full-Time Position
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Designer

• Develop new styles aligned with market trends and brand direction
• Conduct continuous trend research and forecasting
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, merchandising, and management
• Design diversified collections to meet the needs of multiple customer accounts
• Communicate clearly and delegate tasks effectively within the design team
Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in women’s apparel design
• Strong computer skills and professional email communication
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working with Windsor or similar fast-paced fashion retailers preferred

• Salary: $9K+ annually

Key Responsibilities
• Company meeting/PO follow up
• Schedule, prepare, and attend company meetings
• Need good relationship with customers
• Identify customer's buying trends and provide feedback to design team
• Research trends and create line sheets (new styles & inspirations)
Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales role
• Need excellent communicatin skills
• Must be organized, able to multitask and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
• Salary: $90k and above
