Job Title: Production Line Coordinator (8 Spots)
Location: Matteson, IL
Shifts: [Day] 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM | [Night] 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (12-hour shifts; 4 days work & 4 days off)
Hourly Wage: [Day] $25 | [Night] $26

본 포지션은 24시간 연속 운영을 위해 4일 근무 / 4일 휴무(4-on, 4-off) 교대 근무 형태이며, 12시간 교대 근무로 운영됩니다.

주요 업무:
인력 관리 및 운영
• 출근 및 인력 배치 관리: 작업자 출근 현황을 관리하고, 숙련도에 따라 전략적으로 업무를 배정하여 라인 효율을 극대화
• 성과 모니터링: 작업자의 근무 태도 및 실시간 업무 성과를 감독하고, 즉각적인 현장 코칭 및 피드백 제공
• 휴식 시간 관리: 지정된 휴식 시간을 철저히 준수하도록 관리하여 라인 중단을 최소화하고 운영 일관성 유지
안전 및 규정 준수 (EHS)
• 개인 보호장비(PPE) 준수: 안전 조끼, 안전화 등 필수 보호장비 착용 여부를 철저히 확인하고 안전 규정 준수 강화
• 표준 작업 절차(SOP) 준수: 모든 작업이 표준 작업 절차 및 안전 지침에 따라 수행되도록 지도 및 관리
문제 해결 및 부서 간 협업
• 기술 및 자재 문제 대응: 자재 부족, 장비 고장, 인력 부족 등 문제 발생 시 주요 담당자로서 즉각 대응하며, 창고팀, 정비팀, 외부 협력업체와 협업하여 병목 현상 해결
• 이슈 보고: 주요 생산 문제 또는 안전 사고 발생 시 정해진 보고 체계에 따라 즉시 상위 관리자에게 보고
자격 요건:
• 경력: 제조 환경에서의 팀, 생산 라인 운영 또는 관리/감독 경험 우대
• 언어: 영어/한국어 이중 언어 필수 (스패니쉬 가능자 우대)
• 기술 역량: 자동화 생산 라인 및 산업 안전 기준에 대한 기본 이해
• 커뮤니케이션: 다양한 부서 및 외부 업체와 원활히 협업할 수 있는 뛰어난 의사소통 능력
• 근무 유연성: 12시간 교대 근무 및 주말/야간 포함 4일 순환 근무 가능자

Key Responsibilities:
Personnel Management & Operations
• Attendance & Manpower Allocation: Monitor operator attendance and strategically assign tasks based on skill levels to optimize line flow.
• Performance Monitoring: Supervise operators’ work attitudes and real-time performance; provide immediate on-site coaching and feedback to maintain high productivity.
• Break Time Management: Ensure operators strictly adhere to designated break schedules to minimize line downtime and maintain operational consistency.
Safety & Compliance (EHS)
• PPE Compliance: Strictly enforce safety protocols by verifying that all personnel wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including Safety Vests and Steel Toe Shoes.
• SOP Adherence: Monitor and guide operators to ensure all tasks are performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety guidelines.
Issue Resolution & Cross-functional Coordination
• Technical & Material Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact when issues arise (e.g., material shortages, equipment malfunctions, or manpower deficits). Coordinate immediately with the Warehouse, Maintenance teams, or external vendors to resolve bottlenecks.
• Incident Reporting: Immediately escalate significant line issues or safety incidents to upper management according to the established reporting hierarchy.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in team leadership, line coordination, or supervisory roles within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish & English preferred | Bilingual in English & Korean
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of automated production lines and industrial safety standards.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and vendors.
• Flexibility: Ability to work 12-hour shifts and commit to a 4-day rotation schedule (including nights and weekends).
• Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse workforce with a firm yet professional approach.
