We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Spa Receptionist to join our all inclusive medical spa team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate medical records. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in medical spa terminology, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
☀︎☀︎☀︎Duties ☀︎☀︎☀︎
☛Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk.
☛Manage patient scheduling, including appointments, follow-ups, and cancellations with little to no mistakes for best quality service.
☛Handle incoming calls on multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
☛Must be able to work on Saturdays.
☛This is NOT a desk job. Requires constant moving around the clinic to check up on patients, consultation rooms, and other areas for up-keeping the office environment.
☛Verify patient information while respecting HIPAA.
☛Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
☛Process medical collections and manage billing inquiries.
☛Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, including progress photos, remaining services, inventories.
☛Apply topical numbing cream and provide snacks or water to patients.
☛Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry using computer softwares.
☛Support healthcare providers by preparing care plans and managing patient intake processes.

☛Due to our client demographics, we prefer to work with a candidate who has proficient Korean speaking and writing skills.
☛Proficiency in using computer and softwares with minimal supervision.
☛Experience with customer services.
☛Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
☛Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
☛Bilingual capabilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse patient populations (Korean and English).
☛Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting is not required but highly desirable.
☛Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive health information.
☛Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review and filing tasks.
