Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems that align with business goals and comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Establish and manage performance management systems, ensuring clear goals, timely evaluations, and development plans.
Design and promote employee engagement initiatives to support a positive workplace culture and professional growth.
Advise senior management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and HR strategy.
Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Manage labor relations activities as needed, including communication with union representatives and resolution of labor issues.
Ensure ongoing compliance with HR regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, COBRA, and EEO.
Develop and administer competitive compensation, benefits, and employee recognition programs.
Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees and leadership regarding HR policies, procedures, and concerns.
Monitor trends in HR and labor law to recommend improvements and maintain best practices.
Payroll Administration
Process accurate and timely biweekly (or applicable frequency) payroll, ensuring compliance with tax and wage laws.
Validate timekeeping, PTO, and overtime data; process payroll deductions and garnishments.
Coordinate with external payroll vendors as needed.
Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports for management and accounting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or generalist capacity.
Proven success in developing and implementing HR policies and systems.
Payroll processing experience with systems such as ADP, Paychex, or equivalent.
Knowledge of labor relations and experience managing union-related matters is a plus.
In-depth understanding of California and federal employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.

Compensation:
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/year, negotiable depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and data security.
Lead ERP system planning, selection, and implementation in coordination with key departments (Production, Logistics, Quality, Accounting).
Optimize digital tools and databases to enhance inventory management and operational efficiency.
Support QMS digital systems and ensure compliance with internal and customer quality standards.
Analyze existing work processes and identify areas where IT solutions can improve productivity and visibility.
Provide IT support and training to staff across all departments.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, vendor contracts, and budgets.
Ensure system documentation, policies, and procedures are up-to-date and compliant.
Collaborate with Korean and U.S. teams; ability to communicate across cultures is essential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP system planning and implementation.
Familiarity with inventory systems, QMS platforms, and production-related software.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT governance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and teams.
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in ISO-based QMS systems.
Experience working in international manufacturing environments.
Prior implementation of MES, WMS, or automated tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and install electronic components, wiring, and subassemblies into rolling stock according to technical specifications and work instructions. (OK)
Read and interpret production drawings to ensure proper assembly and functionality of electronic systems.
Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and install electronic components. OK
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company standards. OK
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in electronic assembly, particularly in a manufacturing or production setting preferred.
