Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and laboratory tools
- Investigate non-conformities and support root cause analysis
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to maintain consistent product quality
- Document and report inspection results and recommend corrective actions
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of quality control experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or a related manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and documentation procedures

We are looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead product development and innovation for a growing cosmetics manufacturer. This role requires 7–12 years of hands-on experience in formulation, testing, and product launch cycles, especially in skincare, personal care, or makeup categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new cosmetic formulations from concept through production
- Manage product testing, stability studies, and ingredient compatibility evaluations
- Work closely with the regulatory team to ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations (FDA, EU, etc.)
- Oversee scale-up trials and provide technical guidance to production teams
