Import Designer (Young Contemporary)
Responsibilities:
• Forecast and interpret current fashion trends to create designs that align with our brand identity and market needs.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and adjust designs accordingly.
• Participate in fittings and production meetings to ensure the final product meets the design intent.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and new design techniques.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a fashion designer, preferably with import experience in women's apparel.
• Strong ability to forecast fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable designs.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
- Create and design website banners, ads, email blasts, and other graphic design related content.
- Retouch and edit photos to enhance quality.
- Assist in various on-site photo shoots and projects.
- Assist in optimizing listings for better visibility and conversions.
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop creative campaigns and marketing materials.
- Comfortable working efficiently in English & Korean preferred.
- Proficient in graphic design programs (Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Proficient in video editing program such as Premiere Pro
Pay from: $25/hr.
Tradeshow Sales
Responsibilities:
• Assist with trade show setup and breakdown, including lifting and moving boxes and displays
• Engage with buyers, showcase products, and take orders
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Travel to domestic trade shows (weekend travel required)
• Support the team with inventory management and sales processing
Requirements:
• Familiarity with N41 software is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
Pay: From $20.00/hr.
