■ 업무내용 :
– 미국 FDA 식품 규정 따른 원재료·첨가물 및 제품 배합 검토
– Nutrition Facts, 원재료, 알레르기 등 제품 라벨링 검토 및 관리
– FSVP 및 해외 공급업체 식품안전·규제 관련 서류 검토
– Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Organic 등 제품 인증 관련 업무
– California Proposition 65 등 미국 식품 관련 규제 모니터링 및 대응
– 미국 식품 수입 및 FDA 관련 규제 업무 지원
– 한국 본사, R&D, QA, 제조·물류 파트너 규제 관련 업무 협업
■ 자격요건 :
– 식품과학, 식품공학, 화학, 생명과학 등 관련 전공 학사 이상
– 미국 식품·음료 분야 RA/Food Compliance 관련 경력 3~6년
– FDA Food Labeling, FSMA/FSVP 등 미국 식품 규정에 대한 실무 지식
– 원재료 Specification, COA 및 제품 배합표 검토 가능자
– 영어-한국어 이중 언어 구사자
– PCQI 또는 FSVP 관련 자격 보유자 우대
– 음료·가공식품 등의 Regulatory Review 경험 우대
– Non-GMO, Gluten-Free 등 외부 인증 업무 경험 우대
