Brand Team에서 크리에이티브, 브랜드 체험(Experiential), 소셜미디어, 머천다이징 관련 프로젝트를 총괄 관리하는 포지션입니다.
– 브랜드·마케팅 프로젝트의 일정, 마일스톤, 업무 범위 및 결과물 관리
– 프로젝트 지연 가능성, 병목 및 리소스 충돌 사전 파악 및 해결
– Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, Digital 등 유관부서 간 업무 조율
– Creative Brief, 디자인 시안, 피드백 및 승인 프로세스 관리
– 디자인·패키징·인쇄물·디지털 콘텐츠·이벤트 관련 제작 일정 관리
– 외부 Agency 및 Vendor의 일정과 결과물 관리
– Monday.com, Dropbox, Slack 등 프로젝트 관리 및 커뮤니케이션 툴 운영
– 업무 프로세스, 요청 양식 및 Review Workflow 개선
– 프로젝트 진행 현황 및 결과 경영진/리더십에 정기 보고
■ 자격요건 :
– 학사 이상 (Marketing, Communications, Business, Design Management 등 관련 전공 우대)
– Project Management 경력 3~5년 이상
– Brief → Design Review → Production Handoff 등 Creative Development Workflow에 대한 이해
– Asana, Monday.com, Wrike 등 PM Software 실무 경험 필수
– 다양한 부서 및 직급과 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력
– 영어-한국어 이중 언어 구사자
– CPG, 식음료, Lifestyle, Retail 또는 Consumer Brand 관련 경험 우대
– 신규 브랜드 론칭 또는 신규 시장 진출 프로젝트 경험 우대
– Retail/Merchandising 일정 및 오프라인 이벤트 제작 경험 우대
– PMP, CAPM 등 PM 관련 자격증 우대
