Tea N Rose is a Los Angeles-based women’s wholesale apparel brand. We are looking for motivated, creative individuals to join our growing team.
ASSOCIATE DESIGNER
• 3+ years of experience in wholesale women’s apparel.
• Strong fashion sense with the ability to identify current and upcoming trends.
• Develop styles from concept through production.
• Create detailed tech packs and maintain WIP throughout the development process.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
ASSISTANT DESIGNER
• 1–2 years of fashion design experience preferred.
• AA or BA in Fashion Design, or equivalent experience.
• Assist designers with daily design and product development tasks.
• Assist with tech packs, samples, and WIP updates.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Motivated team player with a willingness to learn.
E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, merchandising, and promotions.
• Create website banners, promotional graphics, and digital marketing content.
• Plan and execute customer email and e-blast marketing campaigns.
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Optimize product content and keywords to improve online visibility and sales.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
