UCLA 신입생과 재학생 모두에게 이 특별한 방을 추천합니다. 가격도 위치도 캠퍼스 밖에서 머물기에 완벽합니다.

Hi, I am looking for someone, preferably female, to take over my lease as soon as next month (July) or August.
The bedroom is furnished with several furniture (mattress, desk, chair) and has access to a private bathroom, shared with one female roommate. The other bedroom also already has two nice girls, total of three roommates. The girls are very nice, clean and respectful. This is a non-smoking unit.
I recommend this special unit to both incoming and current UCLA students, perfect as off-campus housing in both price and location.
This apartment's amenities (fitness center, pool, coffee lounge, laundry room) are always clean and available to use at your leisure. The management here are also very kind and helpful.
The neighborhood is generally quiet and very safe with students always walking around even until late at night. The apartment is walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, and UCLA campus. Conveniently, there is also a public bus transit stop right outside that can take you easily to campus.
