What You'll Do:
✔ Welcome and assist patients with exceptional customer service
✔ Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
✔ Answer phone calls, texts, and emails
✔ Check patients in and out
✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
✔ Support daily clinic operations
Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English & Korean (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Training available for the right candidate
