주요 업무
일일 트럭 운송 스케줄 및 배차 관리
드라이버와 소통하며 픽업 및 배송 일정 조율
고객 및 운송업체와 운송 일정, 화물 정보 및 배송 상태 확인
드라이버 운행 상황 모니터링 및 지연·긴급 상황 신속 대응
POD, BOL 등 운송 서류 및 시스템 데이터 관리
차량 고장, 교통 문제, 배송 지연 등 운송 중 발생하는 문제 해결
Dispatch, Operations, Yard 및 고객 간 원활한 커뮤니케이션
자격 요건
Trucking / Transportation / Logistics 관련 경력 1년 이상 우대
트럭 운송 및 물류 운영에 대한 기본적인 이해
원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 멀티태스킹 능력
예상치 못한 문제에 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 문제 해결 능력
기본적인 컴퓨터 및 Microsoft Office 사용 능력
GPS / TMS / Dispatch 시스템 경험 우대
영어 의사소통 능력 필수
한국어 가능자 우대

Responsibilities
Manage daily trucking schedules and dispatch operations
Communicate with drivers to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules
Coordinate with customers and carriers regarding schedules, cargo information, and delivery status
Monitor driver activity and respond quickly to delays, schedule changes, and emergencies
Maintain and update transportation records and documents, including POD and BOL
Resolve issues related to vehicle breakdowns, traffic, and delivery delays
Maintain smooth communication between Dispatch, Operations, Yard, drivers, and customers
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, or dispatch preferred
Basic understanding of trucking and logistics operations
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to unexpected issues
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
Experience with GPS, TMS, or dispatch systems preferred
English communication skills required
Korean language skills preferred
Detail-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented
