We are currently looking for a FoH Manager for Mikomi Sushi in West Covina, California
Annual Salary: $72,500-$91,000
Essential JOB DUTIES
Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Recruiting, training, supervising the FoH staff
Maintaining statistical and financial records
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
Ensuring compliance with health and safety codes
Knowledgeable and able to comply with applicable labor laws
Preparing promotional materials and displays when needed
Creating schedule for servers
Able to multitask during busy hours
Assist FoH staff on the floor during busy periods and when needed
Strong guest relations skills
Strong critical and strategic thinking, analytical and planning skills.
Organization/time management skills
Demonstrates integrity; is ethical in conduct and decision making
Proficiency in computer programs such as Office/Excel
Casual/fine dining restaurant setting
Job Type: Full-time

Education:
Bachelor's degree in management or hospitality or related fields (Preferred)
Experience:
Restaurant industry: Minimum 1-3 years (Preferred)
Experience in Sushi restaurant (Highly preferred)
Certification:
California Food Manager Certification (Will be required after training period)
Languages:
English proficiency required, other languages is a plus
