Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Export Freight Forwarder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end export transportation and logistics operations, ensuring timely shipment execution, regulatory compliance, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Duties
• Coordinate and manage export shipments from origin to international destinations
• Prepare and review export documentation, including shipping instructions and AES/EEI filings
• Use NVOCC and 3PL systems to execute and track export operations
• Work with carriers, overseas agents, and internal teams to meet routing and schedule requirements
• Manage customer accounts, including rates, service coordination, and issue resolution
Qualifications
• Required experience in export freight forwarding or transportation logistics
• Strong understanding of export processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with NVOCC/3PL systems
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Work Schedule
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Work location: In person
