1) Project Manager
About the job
As a Project Manager, you oversee the project schedules, the budget, and the final decision maker to finish the project in a successful direction. You will be working closely with the clients and all other stakeholders to complete the projects in a timely manner by protecting the margin.
Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and lead the project management team
• Oversee everything about the projects
• Review the schedule of value with clients, send invoices, and review subcontractor and/or vendors’ invoices
• Budgeting and save costs
• Keep projects on schedule
• Make thoughtful decisions when problems rise
• Finalize the close-out document
Qualifications
• Legally eligible to work in US
• 3+ years of project manager experiences working on public or commercial civil or building construction
• High degree of leadership, communication skills, and business level written skill
•Microsoft Office and other project management software is a plus
Pay range $80,000 ~ $120,000 (depending on experience/qualification)
2) Field Engineer
About the job
As a Field Engineer, supports the superintendent at the job site, thoroughly go over RFI with the project engineer, perform weekly safety meeting with our laborers and subcontractors, and ensure field work is compliant to OSHA’s standard.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the superintendent and the project engineer regarding the material order and RFI
• Work closely with the foreman and give supports to finish the work
• In charge of bringing materials and equipment on a daily basis
• Coordinate field schedule with the superintendent
• Help the project engineer with as-built
• Follow up with inspectors regarding inspections
• Create daily job reports on a daily basis
• Ensure the ordered materials are up to City’s standard and the spec
Qualifications
• No experience required
• Willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Team player and reliable
Pay range $60,000 ~ $80,000 (depending on experience/qualification)
3) Superintendent
About the job
As a Superintendent, you will be the main conduit for the field and the office. The superintendent oversees all the field work, plans ahead, coordinate schedule with in-house laborers, subcontractors and vendors, and ensures that quality work is being carried out at the field.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and make thoughtful decisions on how to save cost and time when RFI comes up
• Oversee all the work of field engineer and field labors
• Continuously monitor productivity of the field labors and ensure they are performing as required
• Review any measurements at the field
• Review schedules with the project manager and check if any delays will occur
• Review schedule with subcontractors
• Check the job site and perform lay outs as required
• Maintain good relationship with inspectors
• Ensure the budget is being followed and schedule our own crew according to the work being done
• Track project progress on a weekly basis
Qualifications
• 3+ years of field superintendent experience working on a public or commercial civil or building construction
• Experiences in managing more than one project simultaneously
• High degree of field leadership and communication skills
Pay range $80,000 ~ $120,000 (depending on experience/qualification)
4) Accountant
About the job
As an Accountant position, you will be responsible for assisting payroll, AP, AR, and some administrative tasks. This position also requires to work with Project Managers and Superintendents about the payment status for the vendors, subcontractors, and field crews.
Responsibilities
• Assist with processing weekly payrolls, collect & verify employee timesheets, and support certified payroll reporting if required
• Verify invoices with the project managers / superintendents and make the payment
• Assist with accounts receivable tracking and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Request for updated insurance and workers’ compensation documents
Qualifications
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in accounting
• Detail oriented
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel & Intuit QuickBooks
Pay range $50,000 ~ $70,000
