■ 채용분야 : Marketing & Sales Coordinator
■ 직무내용 :
1. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationship with buyers across multiple sales channels.
2. Conduct consistent follow-ups with buyers to support ongoing business and future purchase opportunities.
3. Coordinate and participate in buyer meetings (online and in-person), including preparation and distribution of meeting recap notes
4. Review, receive, and process purchase orders (POs) accurately and in timely manner.
5. Monitor sales performance, match sales records with invoices, and confirm payment receipt in coordination with Accounts Receivable (A/R).
6. Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and expiration dates to support smooth PO processing and sales prioritization.
7. Coordinate container schedules and inbound planning to ensure consistent inventory flow.
8. Plan and support new product launches, including preparing and distributing launch materials to buyers.
9. Coordinate follow-ups on future product projects to gauge buyer interest and potential Pos.
10. Maintain and manage online sales platforms to ensure a smooth shipping experience, including inventory accuracy, product listings, order flow, and system integrations with shipping platforms.
11. Organize and provide marketing and promotional content to buyers as requested.
12. Conduct market research on trends, products, ingredients, and emerging brands for sourcing and reference.
13.Perform occasional store visits to observe market trends and document findings.
14. Attend business trips, buyer meetings, trade shows, and live home shopping network events to support brand product promotion.
■ 자격요건 :
– 최소 1년 이상 경력자 채용 (신입 지원 불가)
– 학사 이상
– 서부 시장에 대한 이해도가 높아야 하므로 CA 거주자만 지원 가능
– Green Card, Citizen 지원 가능
■ 연봉 : $70K~$85K/year
