▶ Finance – Staff (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Electronics America
Responsibilities
• Support the Accounting and other departments for general accounting functions, including but not limited to revenue - sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Manage inventory efficiently – conduct physical counts of inventory as needed and reconcile the counts with the In-house data
• Ensure optimal inventory levels of total goods are maintained to fulfill daily sales needs.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions
• Understand and follow company rules and regulations
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications
• 1 + years of experience in accounting is required for manager position
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
• Experience with accounting software or ERP is preferred (i.e., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• General knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately

▶ Warehouse – Part Lead (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Electronics America
Responsibilities
• Manage online platform and order management, shipping arrangement, product monitoring (Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, Macy’s, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot etc.)
• High literacy in NetSuite, Shipstation, ShipHawk
• Update and manage product listings
• Provide regular reporting on all sales
• Monitor inventory integrity across all Ecommerce platforms
• Ensure that returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Be responsible for individual actions
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Understand and follow company rules and regulations
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications
• Working experience with online retailers (ex. Amazon Vendor) preferred
• Related experience with online sales or generating product listings via e-commerce channels; including Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.
• Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual Korean and English skills a plus
Salary Range: $52K – $60K
▶ Product Development – Part Lead / Staff (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Electronics America
Responsibilities
• Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiates the product in the market.
• Ideation and Design: Brainstorm innovative product ideas and define product specifications, features, and performance requirements.
• Market Strategy & Analysis: Conduct deep market research and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities, potential risks, and strategic product gaps. Maintain comprehensive profiles on key competitors and emerging technologies
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, sales, e-commerce teams to support product lifecycle management and gather insights into continuous improvement
• External Relationship Management: Actively participate in high-level buyer and key account meetings to understand retailer needs, present strategic roadmaps, and gather actionable feedback to influence future strategy
Qualifications
• +1 years of experience in product marketing preferred
• Previous experience in a product marketing role in consumer goods or home appliances industry preferred
• Preferred food recipe development/collaboration experience
• Excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
• Savvy communicator who can distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messages
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Salary Range: $50K - $70K depending on experience
▶ Technical division Clerical Staff - (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Rental America
Responsibilities
• Enter and update data in databases or spreadsheets
• Review data for errors or missing information and correct inconsistencies
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Organized and filed digital and physical documents as needed
Qualifications
• Proficient in Excel and data entry
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet tools and data management
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Prior data entry experience preferred but not required
Salary Range: $42K ~ $52K
▶ Technician - Staff (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Rental America
Responsibilities
Technical Services
• Perform professional product installation, maintenance, and repairs. Manage in-house repairs for units returned to HQ
Inventory & Parts Management
• Oversee service parts logistics, including ordering parts form HQ and managing stock levels for out of state locations
Field Support
• Provide on-site support for out-of-state projects and handle emergency situations, such as urgent leak repairs, as needed
Consultation & Support
• Act as a technical advisor for out-of-state installation partners and provide technical guidance to the Customer Service (CS) team
R&D Testing
• Participate in testing new products to ensure quality standards and functional performance before market release
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in home appliance installation, repair, or a similar field-based technical role is preferred. (Entry level candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) is required for data entry and reporting
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding documentation and data management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
• Proactive problem-solving mindset for emergency service calls.

▶ SCM, Logistics - Staff (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Rental America
Responsibilities
• Plan medium and long-term logistics center based on business plans
• Conduct preliminary research in logistics center areas and set up distribution centers and regional distribution centers
• Manage transportation routes and design a simplified Transportation Management System
• Identify and carry out the bidding process for third-party logistics companies
• Manage logistics costs and work on optimizing operations for cost reduction
• Focus on identifying inefficiencies in supply chain management from a logistics perspective and maximizing cost savings
Qualifications
• Some experience in logistics planning is preferred
• Experience with 3PL companies is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel skills is preferred
• Knowledge of logistics management and planning skills
• Strong commitment to cost reduction initiatives

Sales Performance Management

• Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with company targets

Sales Performance Analysis
• Track sales performance against targets
• Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and executive summaries

Incentives & Commission Support
• Support sales incentive and commission plan administration
• Track commission calculations, eligibility, and payout accuracy
