Eggspresso in Fullerton is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead our team. We are looking for an individual with proven experience and skills in cafe operations and coffee preparation.
* Key Qualifications & Preferences:
Experience: Previous experience in the cafe or service industry is required.
Coffee Skills: Candidates with excellent coffee making abilities, relevant knowledge, and Barista experience are strongly preferred.
Language: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is mandatory.
Schedule: Must be available for a 5-day work week (Days and hours to be discussed).
Legal Status: Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Attitude: Must be sincere, positive, and a strong team player.
*Core Responsibilities:
Assisting the Manager with operational support and store supervision.
Preparation and quality control of coffee and beverages.
Staff guidance and customer service.
Inventory and hygiene management.
