1. Recruitment Position / Job Descriptions
-> Invoicing
• Process AR invoices for Customers
• Process AP invoices for Carrier Companies
-> Ocean / Air Import Coordinator
• Coordinate and oversee the import process for ocean and air shipments to destination
• Track and Monitor shipment progress, providing regular update to customers
• Invoice to customer and agents
-> LTL / FTL Operations
• Shipment coordination, routing and planning, carrier management, documentation, customer service, tracking and reporting

2. Qualifications
-> Excel users preferred
-> Bilingual (English, Korean) preferred
-> Must be able to work in a team environment
-> Good Problem-solving skills
-> Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
-> Must have valid US work permit
-> Salary: $19 - $35/hr (depending on experience)
-> Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM (Full time)
3. Work Location
-> Carson, CA
