Our print and custom framing studio is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to assist with digital print production, customer correspondence, and daily shop operations.
This position focuses on large-format printing, digital file prep, client emails, and packaging.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain large-format inkjet printers, including loading media rolls and performing routine equipment upkeep.
Preflight client image files in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to check resolution, sizing, and color readiness.
Manage the studio inbox: answer client inquiries, provide price estimates, and communicate order progress and pickup notifications via email.
Trim, carefully inspect, and pack finished prints and framing orders for pickup or shipment.
Organize work orders, track paper and packaging inventory, and keep the production area tidy.
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the United States.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with general digital file literacy.
Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette.
Sharp eye for detail, quality control, and careful handling of fine art prints.
Prior experience with digital printing, RIP software, or a print studio environment is a plus, but we are open to training someone with strong aptitude.
Ability to handle paper rolls and package orders (lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally).
Position Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday (hours flexible/negotiable)

**주요 업무**
* 대형 잉크젯 프린터 운영 및 기본 유지 관리 (용지 롤 장착, 노즐 점검 및 기본 청소 등)
* 인쇄 전 포토샵/일러스트레이터로 고객 파일 검수 (해상도, 사이즈, 컬러 세팅 등)
* 스튜디오 이메일 관리 (고객 문의 답변, 견적 안내, 작업 진행 상황 및 픽업 일정 안내)
* 완성된 출력물 재단, 꼼꼼한 마감 검수, 픽업 및 배송을 위한 안전 포장
* 주문 오더 관리, 용지/포장 부자재 재고 체크 및 작업 공간 정리
**지원 자격**
* 미국 내 합법적 취업 신분 소지자 (Legal working status)
* Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator 기본 이상 다루실 수 있는 분
* 이메일 작성 및 텍스트 커뮤니케이션이 명확하고 매끄러우신 분
* 파인아트 페이퍼를 섬세하게 다룰 수 있고 꼼꼼한 눈썰미를 가지신 분
* 대형 프린트, 디지털 랩, 사진/미술 스튜디오 유경험자 우대 (관련 경험이 없더라도 컴퓨터 활용이 익숙하고 빠르게 배우실 수 있는 분이라면 환영합니다)
* 용지 롤이나 박스 운반이 가능하신 분 (약 35 lbs 내외)
