We're Hiring: eComm + Site Manager for Elevator Disco
Los Angeles preferred (in house only)
We’re Elevator Disco — a fashion label built on freedom, fun, and a fearless approach to style. As we scale both our wholesale and DTC channels, we’re looking for a creative, analytical, and highly motivated eComm + Site Manager to join our small but mighty team.
THE ROLE:
You’ll own the digital storefront: merchandising the site, optimizing conversion, planning drops, and helping grow our online voice. From storytelling to strategy, this is a hybrid creative/analytical role for someone who loves both fashion and performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Shopify site updates: homepage, collections, product pages, and navigation
Plan and execute seasonal drops and product launches
Analyze sales performance + site metrics to optimize conversion
Collaborate on digital campaigns and email marketing
Own product uploads, descriptions, and imagery
Monitor inventory and align with production & wholesale
Work closely with the founder to evolve the brand’s online presence
YOU ARE:
Detail-obsessed and highly organized
Confident with data + Shopify backend
Trend-aware, with a sharp eye for visuals, fashion, and UX
2–4 years experience in eComm (fashion/apparel preferred)
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
Bonus: experience with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or Notion
