About Us
Laservision World (AVLGEAR) is a growing e-commerce company selling professional Audio, Video, and Lighting equipment through Amazon and our website. We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to help with daily accounting tasks and support our Accounting Manager.
What You’ll Do
Main tasks, including but not limited to:
-Reconcile invoices against received inventory.
-Keep financial records organized, accurate, and up to date.
Provide backup support, including but not limited to:
-Recording and assisting with bills, expenses, and payments in QuickBooks.
-Assisting with bank and credit card reconciliations.
-Tracking sales from Amazon and other online platforms as needed.
-Assisting with payroll and basic financial reporting.
What We’re Looking For
-2+ years of bookkeeping experience
-QuickBooks experience required
-Basic accounting knowledge (AP, AR, reconciliations)
-Comfortable using computers and spreadsheets
-Strong communication, detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy
-Bilingual: English and Korean
