저희 Green Doors에서 물류/공급망 분야의 유수 고객사를 대리하여 리더십과 실무 역량을 갖춘 물류 포워딩 매니저(Logistics Forwarding Manager)를 모십니다. 본 직무는 해상 및 항공 수출입 포워딩 운영 총괄, 운송사 관리 및 계약, 매출채권(AR) 관리, 데이터 기반의 실적 리포팅 및 프로세스 개선을 이끄는 핵심 리더역할을 수행합니다.
■ 주요 업무 내용 (Key Responsibilities)
해상/항공 수출입 업무 총괄: 운송 계획, 스케줄 관리, 서류 작성 및 통관 지원 등 포워딩 운영 전반 총괄
운송사 및 협력사 관리: 견적 수집·비교, 계약 및 요율 관리, 운송 이슈 대응 및 지속적인 프로세스 개선
채권 관리 (AR): 인보이스 발행, 대금 회수 관리, 신용한도 및 결제 조건 관리
리포트 작성 및 실적 관리: KPI 및 월간/분기 실적 리포팅, 데이터 분석을 통한 운영 개선안 제시 및 실행

Role Overview
On behalf of our premier client in the supply chain industry, Green Doors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Forwarding Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end ocean and air import/export operations, managing carrier relations and contracts, tracking accounts receivable, and driving operational excellence through data-driven performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Freight Forwarding Operations Management: Oversee and manage comprehensive ocean and air import/export operations, including transport planning, flight/vessel scheduling, documentation, and customs clearance support.
Carrier & Vendor Management: Collect and analyze freight quotes, manage contract rate agreements, resolve transport issues, and continuously optimize vendor performance.
Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Manage client invoicing, payment collections, credit limits, and payment terms to maintain healthy financial operations.
Reporting & Performance Analytics: Track operational KPIs, compile monthly/quarterly performance reports, and implement data-driven solutions for workflow improvement.
Communication & Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners while providing strong operational leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in ocean and air freight forwarding (Manager level).
Industry Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs regulations.
Vendor & Rate Negotiation: Proven track record of communicating and negotiating effectively with ocean lines, airlines, and local drayage/trucking carriers.
Financial Acumen: Practical experience in AR tracking, invoicing, and basic corporate accounting principles.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and hands-on experience with ERP or TMS (Transportation Management System) software.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong leadership qualities, and outstanding interpersonal communication abilities.
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Legal Authorization (Required): Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
