Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual Korean/English Branch Manager to oversee daily bank branch operations, lead staff, manage customer relationships, and ensure full compliance with banking regulations. This role requires strong leadership, banking operations knowledge, and BSA/AML experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily branch operations and ensure excellent customer service
Supervise, train, and evaluate branch employees
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Oversee cash management, transaction accuracy, and branch reporting
Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues
Lead local business development and grow deposit/loan portfolios
Perform branch security officer duties
Manage BSA/AML responsibilities, including CTR/OFAC reviews, EDD, KYC/CIP, and SAR escalation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
7+ years banking experience, including 2+ years in a supervisor/manager role
Strong understanding of banking operations and BSA/AML compliance

Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual Loan Officer to support commercial loan origination, underwriting, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate has experience in lending or credit analysis and can provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Interview customers and assess loan requests for commercial lending.
Perform preliminary underwriting and prepare credit memos for new and existing loans.
Ensure compliance with bank lending policies and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate required documents, appraisals, and closing activities with internal teams and external attorneys.
Conduct annual reviews, site visits, and ongoing credit monitoring.
Maintain accurate credit and collateral files.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the loan process.
Support general banking, credit administration, and branch-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Business, Economics preferred)
2+ years of experience in loan processing, underwriting, or credit analysis preferred

Bilingual in Korean and English required
Strong understanding of lending practices, financial statements, and credit evaluation
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with loan systems preferred
