Position: Office Assistant & Retail Store Management Support
Responsibilities:
• Enter data into the POS system
• Organize and manage documents
• Visit five retail store locations for display setup and order processing
• Check Safety inspections/ hazards for all store locations on a quarterly basis for IIPP
• Manage Instagram (posting and engagement)
• Merchandising
• Other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:
✔ At least 2 years of retail store experience
✔ Interest and creativity in store displays
✔ Proficiency in English / Korean (verbal & written)
✔ Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
✔ Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
✔ Valid driver’s license & ability to travel to store locations
✔ Detail-oriented and well-organized

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
