Are you organized, energetic, and ready to learn? A founder running a mortgage brokerage and several businesses is looking for a sharp, motivated right-hand person to help keep everything running. This is a chance to work directly with the founder, learn how real businesses operate from the inside, and grow fast.
No specific experience required — we're looking for the right attitude, energy, and reliability. We'll teach you the rest.
What you'll do:
Help keep the founder and the businesses organized day to day
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and keep track of priorities and follow-ups
Keep documents, files, and records organized and easy to find
Help coordinate the team — scheduling, reminders, and keeping everyone on the same page
Communicate with vendors, clients, and outside partners
Run point on projects and tasks, and make sure things get done on time
Handle errands, coordination, and day-to-day logistics
Help set up simple systems and checklists to keep things running smoothly
Pitch in wherever needed — this is a role where no two days look the same
Learn the business from the ground up, with room to grow into bigger responsibilities
What we're looking for:
Energetic, positive, and a fast learner
Organized and detail-oriented — you like keeping things in order
Reliable and responsible — people can count on you
A self-starter who takes initiative
Good with people, in person and in writing
Comfortable with basic tech — email, calendars, spreadsheets (or quick to pick it up)
Trustworthy and discreet
Bilingual Korean/English a plus
No experience required — the right attitude matters most
