Position: E-commerce Operator (E-Commerce)
- Managing high volume, day-to-day processing of purchase orders
- Fashion Go, Faire, Amazon, LA Showroom, Shopify order processing & invoicing experience
- Create, manage, and adjust product listings and new listings
- Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories
- Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword
Research, Google Analytics, Meta ads, and other Paid Social Media
- Set e-commerce goal, analysis status and set strategies
- Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories
- Monitor inventories to maximize sales and re-order control
- Fluent in English and excellent customer service skills, Spanish (*BIG PLUS*)
- Positive and motivated ins must
- Knowledge in SHOPIFY is a PLUS
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals
- Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various
leading e-Commerce website builders (e.g. Shopify, Fashion go, Faire, Amazon)
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct
digital sales or website conversions
- Excellent communication and customer service skill
- N41, Excel, (pivot, lookup) is a plus
- All candidate must be able to work legally within US
- 3 months of probation
- Bilingual (English/Korean)
