We are hiring a bilingual Korean/English Operations & Business Development Lead to help build our referral partner network, client relationships, and day-to-day business operations.
This is a high-ownership role working directly with leadership inside a fast-growing entrepreneurial company.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role combining office collaboration, remote flexibility, and in-person networking.
The role includes networking events, business lunches / happy hours, seminars, and relationship-building meetings outside of the office.
What You’ll Do
Build relationships with referral partners
Attend networking meetings and industry events approximately 2 days per week
Help expand CapitalSource’s Korean-American referral network
Help keep client and referral partner communications organized and moving forward
Support day-to-day business coordination and follow-up
Coordinate borrower and referral partner communication
Coordinate social media, YouTube, and Korean-language content distribution
Help build company systems and processes as the company grows

Requirements
Non-Negotiable
Professional fluency in both Korean and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Preferred (But Not Required)
Background in mortgage, real estate, banking, finance, hospitality, recruiting, client services, retail, or business operations
Experience working directly with customers or clients
Comfortable learning new systems
No prior mortgage experience is required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
