We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support both operations and accounting functions."

** Position Overview **[[ Operations (Logistics & Supply Chain) ]]
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (3PL, Amazon FBA, DTC orders)
• Manage inventory tracking across multiple channels (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Communicate with warehouses and vendors regarding shipment status and issues
• Assist with demand planning and inventory forecasting
• Support order processing, fulfillment, and return handling
• Maintain accurate operational data and reports
[[ Accounting (Finance & Bookkeeping) ]]
• Record transactions (sales, expenses, COGS, etc.)
• Reconcile bank statements and sales channels (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop)
• Monthly closing and financial reporting
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Prepare invoices and track payments
• Support cost analysis (logistics, inbound, storage, etc.)
[[ HR ]]
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations and provide HR support across departments
• Assist with performance management and training initiatives
• Manage payroll administration, payment processing
* Qualifications *
• 0–2 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome): for Operation position only
• 3 or more years of experience: for HR, Accounting
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Preferred Bilingual in Korean(Native) + English
• Experience with MS Office, ERP
• Interest in the beauty / cosmetics industry
