구인 POSITION:
* FREIGHT FORWARDING - INBOUND / OUTBOUND OPERATIONS - FULL TIME
Responsibilities (Import or Export)
• Assist in managing the full process, including booking ocean or air shipments, preparing bills of lading, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and packing lists
• Track and trace inbound shipments, updating clients, carriers, and internal teams on status changes and expected arrival timelines
• Prepare and file documentation for U.S. Customs & Border Protection, Importer Security Filing (ISF), and applicable government agencies
• Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and warehouses to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods
• Interface with steamship lines, agents, trucking providers, and inland logistics teams for drayage, depot drop-offs, and transfers
• Ensure compliance with export regulations (AES filings, Incoterms, commodity restrictions)
• Provide excellent customer service—responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely billing and invoicing
* COURIER / CUSTOMER SERVICE - FULL TIME
@자격요건
- 1~2년 관련 경력자 우대
- 1~3개월 수습 과정 후 정직원 전환
- 한국어·영어 회화 가능자 (다중언어구사자 우대)
- 기본적인 Excel, Word 및 기타 프로그램 사용 가능자
- 책임감 있고 성실하신 분 우대
