An established estate planning and living trust/ probate law firm is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join our team.
Requirements:
Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken) is required
Strong writing and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy
Professional demeanor and courteous communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a highly fast-paced environment
Legal experience is not required, but a background or interest in law is preferred
Responsibilities:
Drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents
Handling incoming phone calls and email correspondence
Acting as a liaison between clients and attorneys
Providing general administrative support to attorneys as needed
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow in a legal setting. If you have a passion for law and client service, we encourage you to apply!
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
⦁ Compensation: $25
⦁ Health Insurance: 50% employer contribution
⦁ 401k (After 1 year)
