1. Hiring Location:
1.1. Los Angeles, CA (LAX) Office. (Located near LAX, Los Angeles 90045)
2. Hiring Positions: Full time O.P. Senior Manager, Manager or
Coordinator.
2.1. Logistics Operating Coordinator. (Los Angeles)
- Experienced Level, with minimum 3 year or more.
3. Job Responsibilities.
3.1. Roles for the Logistics Operating S. Manager, Assistant Manager or
Coordinator as below.
- Manage daily shipments.
- Oversee inbound and outbound freight and vessels.
- Provide customer support and coordination.
- Handle data entry and routine tasks.
- Oversee trucking and warehousing processes and provide support.
- Review and prepare related invoices and documents.
- Assist with any related tasks and support when needed.
- Manage inventory and track inbound and outbound cargo.
- Oversee cargo tracking and transportation.
- Manage vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with warehousing and trucking licenses.
- Support warehousing tasks.
- Manage forklifts and trucks for local transportation when necessary.
- Assist with any other related duties as needed.
4. Basic Qualifications.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Visa sponsorship is NOT available.
- Fluent in both English and Korean.
- Entry-level candidates will be considered, with a probation period.
- All candidates will undergo a probation period of up to 3 months.
- Experience with freight management systems will have the plus points.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
5. Working Days and Hours.
5.1. Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm. Or, Tue.-Sat 9am to 6pm. Or, 8am to 5pm on
weekdays.
5.2. Remark: Working hours may be adjusted by mutual understanding.
6. Benefits and Compensations.
- Salary based on position and experience, ranging from $50K to $80K.
- Performance-based bonus or rewards may be provided.
- Health insurance will be given after 3 months’ probation period.
- Paid vacations and sick days (up to 15 days yearly according by length
of service).
