Position Summary
The HR Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient day-to-day processes across HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR data management. This position requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to the department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining employee records.
• Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation logistics, and exit documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, databases, and personnel records in both digital and physical formats.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, or benefits such as 401(k) plan and group insurance.
• Coordinate and track employee training, performance evaluations, and attendance records.
• Serve as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
• Prepare HR-related reports and assist with data analysis as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 1 – 2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred (internship experience acceptable)
• Working knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Position Summary
The Accounting Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the accounting and finance functions, assisting with bookkeeping, reconciliations, payments, and month-end closings. Key Responsibilities

Position Summary
The Senior Manager of the Business Support Team overseas the company’s key administrative and financial support functions, including Human Resources, Accounting, and Treasury. This role ensures the organization’s operational integrity, financial accuracy, and compliance with internal and external requirements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on management experience across both HR and accounting disciplines. 
 
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
• Oversee the company’s accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and/or GAAP standards in all financial statements.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and banking relationships to ensure effective liquidity and financial control.
Manage accounts payable ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to company procedures
• Coordinate and prepare materials for internal and external (SOX) audits and regulatory reviews.
• Review and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to support management decision-making
• Oversee the preparation of federal, state and local tax returns and remain informed about tax laws
• Devise and implement internal controls to reduce the risk of errors, omissions and fraud
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen compliance and efficiency.
Human Resources & Administration
• Lead HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Oversee compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and employee development.
• Manage HR data integrity and reporting, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support leadership in fostering a positive and compliant work environment aligned with company values and strategic goals.
• Serve as a strategic partner to executive management by providing insights on HR performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall business operations
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP reporting standards and month-end closing processes
• Experience with external audits, including SOX compliance
• Strong working knowledge of HR management practices, employment regulations, and payroll administration
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Office Suite
