Hanok K-Beauty is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a K-Beauty Ambassador / Sales & Marketing Representative at our aesthetic spa. If you thrive in a customer-based environment, excel in excellent customer service, and possess excellent sales and marketing skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients with a bright and professional demeanor
Consult clients on services and products offered
Conduct in-personal sales and up-sales on products and services offered
Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and pleasant customer experience
Create collaborative content with customers and beauty based influencers
Requirements:
Previous experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or skincare industry preferred
Excellent customer services and a natural sales drive highly desired
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Expert in social medial marketing applications, platforms, and campaigns
Proficient in photo and video editing applications / software
Bilingual English and Korean highly desired.
Genuine interest and a general scope of knowledge for K-Beauty products and aesthetics facials a huge plus.
