Position Summary
The retail store manager is responsible for the operations of the store by implementing and enforcing workplace procedures with emphasis on employee and guest safety, customer service, and sales growth.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Provides clear, effective, fair direction to staff.
- Works and communicates well with others.
- Act as a role model with a positive attitude for associates to emulate.
- Implements actions for a seamless shopping experience.
- Product knowledge, friendly personal presentation, and professional handling of unexpected situations.
- Leads morning walk through and prepares daily to-do lists.
- Ensure associates adhere to work schedules and are taking breaks in a timely manner
- Be on the move, checking in on staff regularly and provide support when needed.
- Make suggestions to upper management.
- Stock, arrange, clean products and supplies.
- Fulfills any roles as needed including sales.
- Ensure a tidy and organized work environment.
- Train, support, and hold meetings for new and existing associates.
- Coordinate and manage store outings.
- Maintain detailed group order and tuxedo rental records.
- Perform tasks and projects as directed by senior managers.
