Sales Planning / Sales Strategy 영업기획팀 / 영업전략팀 – Staff / Assistant Manager
Job Overview:
• Track key sales metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
• Utilize data analysis and market trends to forecast sales projections and develop budgets; monitor performance against targets.
• Analyze daily and monthly sales performance and communicate findings to upper management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
• Design and manage incentive programs to motivate sales teams; assess effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
• Manage sales commission data for various teams; prepare draft reports for executing commissions, detailing trends and analyses.

Job Overview:
• Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments on a daily basis.
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers through a high volume of e-mails, phone calls and verbal contact
• Maintaining strong and effective relationships with vendors (shipping lines, trucking companies, etc.).
• Planning, organizing, and managing subordinate staff members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company’s standards.
• Directing investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.
• Collaborating with staff members to formulate and implement transportation-related procedures as well as company revenue goals and customer service objectives.
Accounting 재무관리팀 - Staff, Assistant Manager
Job Overview:
• Assist and maintain company’s AP/AR and account/bank reconciliation
• Process payments via check, wire, and ACH (Automated Clearing House), as well as directly by website and phone to meet the deadline
• Prepare and record General Journal Entries to the General Ledger
• Assist with monthly Financial Statements preparation including Income Statement/Budget Comparison, Balance Sheet and Monthly Statement of Cash Flows
• Maintain subsidiary ledgers for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with accurate coding of invoices and departmental accounts
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures
• Reconcile inter-company transactions
• Performs other related duties as directed

Qualifications:
• Up to 3 years of experience in financial reporting or the equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly in Korean
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Experience using SAP Business One is preferred
• Strong, self-motivated team player
