Kareway Product, Inc. imports and distributes health and beauty products with emphasis on K-Beauty skincare products to wholesalers and major national chain retailers. We are looking for a detailed oriented responsible individual to execute following tasks:
• Process PO’s while maintaining open communication with customers
• Work with warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of PO’s
• Arrange shipping, calculate weight, number of pallets, create BOL and schedule delivery appointments at customer warehouse’s as necessary
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Analyze purchasing history of accounts in order to forecast demand
• Inquire with customers regarding any changes in purchasing patterns
• Send product samples to customers as needed
• Create sales sheets for new products and distribute to potential customers
• Accurately maintain and update spec sheets, catalogs, customer folders and price sheets
• Participate in set up and breakdown of booth at trade shows
• Provide customer service for all phone/email inquiries (general product information, where to buy products, handling of complaints, etc.)
• Participate in weekly meetings with Sales Manager and Vice-President
• Assist with inventory reconciliation
• Follow up on and obtain payment from customers with outstanding balances
• Answer inquiries from potential customers to determine whether or not Kareway can accommodate their needs
• Submit shipping documents to US Customs Broker
• Clarify and monitor any CBP/FDA holds
• Monitor ETA, last free day and delivery date of incoming containers
• Keep co-workers updated regarding current status of incoming containers on a regular basis
