RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate, and manage fashion trade shows throughout the U.S.
Manage the full trade show process, including pre-show preparation, on-site operations, and post-show follow-up
Coordinate booth setup, merchandising, samples, collections, line sheets, and sales materials
Organize show schedules, buyer appointments, and daily booth operations
Build strong relationships with new and existing wholesale customers
Drive sales and identify new business opportunities during trade shows
Maintain accurate customer, buyer, and order information
Review and follow up on trade show orders after each event
Follow up with new leads and existing accounts to develop ongoing business
Work closely with Design, Production, Warehouse, and Management to ensure smooth order processing and customer service
Monitor trade show performance and provide sales results and customer feedback to management
Assist with key customer accounts and general wholesale sales activities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in fashion wholesale, apparel sales, or trade show management 3+ year
Young Contemporary women’s apparel experience strongly preferred
Strong sales ability with excellent customer service skills
Experience working directly with wholesale buyers preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to independently manage trade show preparation and on-site operations
Comfortable working with sales orders, customer information, and basic sales reporting
Must be available for frequent domestic travel throughout the U.S.
Must be available to work weekends when required for trade shows
Fluent English required
Korean/English bilingual preferred
