Job Title: Logistic Operation Staff & Sr. Staff
Contract: 1 year + extension or direct hire opportunity
Location: Round Rock, TX
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to change)

주요 업무:
• 항공, 해상, 육상(트럭 운송) 등 전반적인 물류 운송 프로세스 관리 및 모니터링
• 다양한 운송 채널을 통한 화물 및 제품 배송 현황 추적
• 공급망(Supply Chain) 관련 KPI(핵심성과지표) 월간 보고
• 고객사, 운송업체(Carrier), 내부 부서 간 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업
• 내부 물류 자원 및 외부 물류 파트너의 운영 성과를 평가하기 위한 성과 지표 개발
• 회사 물류 정책에 따라 물류 운영 업무 수행 및 팀 목표 달성 지원
• 물류 운영 관련 각종 거래 및 업무 기록 관리
• 운송 및 물류 시스템 관련 문제점 및 오류 확인, 원인 분석 및 해결
• 고객 계정 관련 문서 및 데이터를 최신 상태로 유지하고 체계적으로 관리
• 물류 비용 절감을 위한 운송 방법 및 프로세스 분석
• 현장 관리자 및 동료 직원들과 협력하여 효율적인 물류 운영 지원
• 각종 보고서 작성 및 데이터 분석 업무 수행
• 기타 회사에서 지정하는 관련 업무 수행
자격 요건:
• 학사 학위 이상 필수
• Freight Forwarding을 포함한 물류 업계 경력 1년 이상, 국제 운송/포워딩 경험 우대
• 물류 전략 수립 및 운영 관련 지식 보유자 우대
• 뛰어난 분석력 및 문제 해결 능력
• 세부사항을 꼼꼼히 관리하며 여러 업무를 동시에 수행할 수 있는 능력
• 고객 중심적인 사고와 긍정적인 문제 해결 태도
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) 활용 능력 우수자
• 원활한 대인관계 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 압박감 있는 환경에서도 우선순위를 정해 업무를 처리할 수 있는 능력
• 높은 책임감과 성실한 업무 태도
• 한국어 및 영어 이중언어 구사자 우대
• 미국 내 출장 가능자 (최대 10%)

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage the entire process of product movement via Air, Ocean, Land/trucking transportation process
• Track shipments across different channels
• Report monthly on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the Supply Chain function
• Daily liaison with customers, carriers, and internal staff
• Develop performance metrics to evaluate the operating performance of internal supply chain resources and external supply chain partner collaboration model
• Support performing logistics procedures to achieve team goals by logistics policies.
• Keep proper records of all forms of transactions related to the team’s logistics operations
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies and problems that can be found related to the transportation/logistics system
• Maintain essential account documentation with up-to-date information and ensure that it is collated and stored to be readily accessible
• Analyze areas of corporate logistics to find out the most cost-effective means and methods of transporting supplies
• Coordinate with site managers and co-workers to ensure effective operations
• Perform ad-hoc reporting, as required.
• Perform other job-related duties as required
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1-5 years of experience in the logistics industry Including Freight Forwarding and relevant industry knowledge including Strategy Planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multi-tasks while paying close attention to detail
• Positive attitude to solve problems and serve the customers with good care
• Very Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel/PowerPoint/Word
• Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate openly and effectively
• Works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency
• Strong work ethics
• Ability to travel up to 10% in U.S.
