OFFICE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, social media DMs, and online platforms.
• Assist customers with orders, shipping, returns, claims, and account inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Production teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Travel domestically to support trade shows and company events. Weekend and holiday travel may be required.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English; Korean language skills preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be available for domestic travel to trade shows, including weekends and holidays when required.
Work Location & Schedule
• Location: Torrance, California
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• On-site position
Compensation
• Annual Salary: $50,000–$60,000 depending on experience and qualifications
• 3-month probationary period
• Trade Show Travel Bonus
