Fulfillment Associate는 고객 주문을 정확하게 피킹·패킹하고, 재고 정리 및 품질 검수를 수행하며, 매일 원활한 물류 운영을 보장합니다. 세부 사항에 주의를 기울이고 성실하며, 빠른 환경에서 효율적으로 일할 수 있는 분을 찾습니다.

Position Overview
The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, inventory organization, and quality checks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare products for shipping, ensuring safe and proper packaging.
• Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in quality control and verify product accuracy before shipment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfillment goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures at all times.
Preferred/Additional Experience (Plus)
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environments.
• Familiarity with order management systems or inventory software.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Basic computer or scanner operation skills a plus.
