About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities
• Prepare and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial statements, reporting directly to management.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, variance analysis, and discrepancy resolution.
• Process invoices and accounts receivable, prepare reviews, and communicate with customers through statements and emails.
• Handle accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and payments, including international wire transfers.
• Prepare payroll and payroll taxes, including working hours, commissions, and sales tax.
• Enter financial data accurately, maintain confidentiality, and assist with various financial tasks.
• Post revenues by verifying and recording transactions, including inventory.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to resolve account discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of GAAP.
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, database management, and QuickBooks.
• Other Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, superb organizational and time management abilities, ability to meet deadlines. Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred, and experience with AI applications is a plus.
