Company Overview
- Coverland is an eCommerce company specializing in automotive protection products.
- We are currently building an internal warehouse management system to support our operations.
- We are looking for an experienced backend engineer who has worked on complex operational systems.
Role Overview
- Lead the architecture and development of a warehouse management platform.
- Design scalable system architecture for inventory and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services for warehouse operations
- Design database architecture for inventory systems
- Implement inventory transaction logic such as receiving, picking, packing, and adjustments
- Work closely with operations team to translate warehouse workflows into software
- Establish coding standards and system documentation
- Guide and review development work
Technical Requirements
- 5+ years backend development experience
- Strong backend programming experience
- Experience with database design and performance optimization
- Experience building operational systems such as inventory or logistics platforms
- Strong understanding of transactional systems and data integrity
Nice to Have
- Experience with warehouse or inventory systems
- Experience designing scalable system architecture
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure
Employment Conditions
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday / Start time between 8:30-9:00 AM
- Work Location: Fullerton, CA
- Salary: Based on experience
