• 중국어 가능자 필수
• 경력 무관 / 초보자 환영
• 기본적인 컴퓨터 활용 능력 보유자
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook 기본 사용 가능자
• 친절하고 책임감 있게 고객 응대가 가능한 분
우대 사항
• 영어 및 한국어 가능자 우대
• 고객 서비스 또는 금융기관 관련 경험자 우대
경력이 없으신 분이나 관련 업무가 처음이신 분도 지원 가능합니다. 업무에 필요한 내용은 근무하면서 배우실 수 있습니다.
다양한 고객들에게 금융 서비스를 제공하는 업무 특성상 중국어로 고객과 원활하게 의사소통할 수 있는 능력은 필수입니다. 영어 및 한국어가 가능하신 분은 우대합니다.
Qualifications
• Chinese language proficiency is required
• No prior experience required / Entry-level candidates are welcome
• Basic computer skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
Preferred Qualifications
• English and/or Korean language skills are preferred
• Previous customer service or financial institution experience is a plus
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Prior banking or financial services experience is not required, and training will be provided.
Because this position involves assisting Chinese-speaking members, the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese is required. Candidates who also speak English and/or Korean will be given additional consideration.
