- Taking orders over the phone
- Processing orders and managing returns/exchanges.
- Responding to customer inquiries (phone, email, chat).
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases.
- Checking inventory
- Support packaging as needed
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Possess good verbal communication skills, both English and Korean is required
- Prior experience in working in a dental office, or as a dental supplies sales consultant or equivalent
- Ability to perform as a team player
Full-time $25-$35 per hour depending on experience, M-F 8:30-4:30
