2024년 아파트에서 나온뒤 $7000불 가량의 큰돈의 인보이스를 받아 Small Claim을 진행한후 아래와 같이 법정에서 판결이 나왔습니다.
다만, 30일이 지난뒤에도 아직 Defendant 측에서는 아직 judgement에 대한 돈을 주지 않은 상황인데, 이런상황에서는 어떻게 대처하는방법이 제일 좋은지 조언 부탁드립니다.
03/27/2025 Court orders judgment entered for Plaintiff Ben Byeong Jun Kim against Defendant UDR, Inc. on the Plaintiff's Claim filed by Ben Byeong Jun Kim on 07/01/2024 for the principal amount of $6,784.64 and costs of $125.00 for a total of $6,909.64.; Other: $6,244.64 to be credited to plaintiff's account. $540 to be paid directly to plaintiff. Warping on floor can be seen in photos, however, entire floor replaced. Defendant may submit photographs of the floor prior to plaintiff moving in and evidence that this was caused by plaintiff/entire floor needed to be replaced by Friday, April 4, 2025 for consideration of an adjustment to the amount. Photographs and other evidence must also me provided to plaintiff. If amount will be adjusted based on this submission, a court date will be set for plaintiff to be heard.
