It's been about $60 for utilities for two people in the past several months. 2 spot parking is also FREE! It's gated with cameras and security patrolling 24/7, so that it's always felt super safe even at 2 a.m. as an Asian woman walking alone. EV charging available. 2 guest parking services available.
Leasing office is open 7 days a week, super friendly, very responsive. Residents get to download an app that feels like a Facebook group, so there's a lot of community activities like Taco Tuesdays, free pet bars for dogs/cats, furniture trades, etc. Pets are allowed! Nearby food places include organic green cafes, a Michelin star restaurant, and countless local dining all the way from the 1920's. 5 minute drive to Target and both Trader Joe's/Whole Foods! Park nearby for picnics and dogs! Amenities include a pool and hot tub, fully gym, business center with high speed internet + free printer/copier, popcorn machine, and weekly food trucks on site. 12 minutes to Griffin Park and 15 to LA! Living room has a large balcony and a fireplace, kitchen has a dishwasher and two sinks, washer/dryer in-unit! Both master bathrooms have a shower and bathtub. Plenty of storage space (4 closets in the home). I want to add that this area is very safe! I even see elementary children walking around. You can download an app for your keys as the area is heavily gated! This is super convenient and secure meaning you an let DoorDash staff or friends remotely without leaving the apartment! People in the building are really friendly, and neighbors often chat or help each other. Super good vibes for the community!
