Responsibilities
- Carefully handle, plate, and package our delicate pastries and breads in accordance with customer needs
- Familiarize yourself with our bakery menu to confidently guide customers and ensure quality
- Maintain a beautifully organized pastry display and keep the workspace impeccably clean
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Greet and interact with customers warmly and regularly
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to move quickly, multi-task and present service with a smile
- Proven working experience in a bakery, cafe, barista or customer service role
