Position: Logistics Business Support
Contract: 1 year + extension or direct hire opportunity
Location: Plano, TX | Duluth, GA
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $26 - $34 / hour
Benefits: Medical / Vision / Dental insurance, PTO (eligible after 90 days)

주요 업무:
• 국내 및 국제 물류 운영 전반 관리 (FTL, LTL, 해상, 항공 운송 등)
• 창고와 협업하여 화물 입고, 보관, 출고 업무 관리
• 운송사 및 선사와 운송 일정 조율 및 배송 현황 관리
• 선하증권(BL), 항공화물운송장(AWB), 운송장(BOL), 인보이스, 패킹리스트 등 물류 서류 작성 및 검토
• 매출채권(A/R) 인보이스 발행 및 매입채무(A/P) 비용 검증
• 프로젝트별 손익(P&L) 관리 및 수익성 분석
• 정산 업무 수행 및 출하 건 마감 관리
• TMS/ERP 시스템 데이터 입력 및 관리
• 고객사, 협력업체, 내부 부서와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션
• 배송 지연, 파손, 분실 등 물류 이슈 대응 및 해결

자격 요건:
• 물류 운영 관련 경력 1-5년 우대
• 창고 운영, 운송 관리, 수출입 절차 및 통관 업무 이해자
• 한국어·영어 이중언어 필수
• 고등학교 졸업(GED) 이상 필수 / 학사 학위 우대
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) 활용 가능자
• 우수한 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 고객 응대 능력
• 문제 해결 능력 및 업무 추진력 보유자
• 체계적이고 책임감 있게 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분
• 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서도 효율적으로 업무를 처리할 수 있는 분

Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle international and domestic logistics operations (FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air and others)
• Coordinate with warehouses to ensure accurate cargo receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Arrange and track transportation schedules with trucking and shipping carriers
• Prepare and verify commercial documents (BL, AWB, BOL, invoice, packing list, etc.) for compliance and accuracy
• Handle billing processes including issuing invoices (A/R) and verifying vendor invoices (A/P)
• Monitor and analyze job profit and loss (P&L) to ensure margin targets are met
• Conduct settlement processes and ensure timely closing of shipments
• Maintain accurate records in internal TMS/ERP systems
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal management to resolve issues promptly
• Support problem resolution related to delivery, damage, or loss

Requirements/Qualifications:
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse/transportation coordination, import/export procedures, customs
• Bilingual in Korean and English Required
• High school GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling high-pressure environments
