Apple Tree Management (Property Management) 에서 Accounting Assistant 분을 찾고 있습니다.
Our company located in Korea Town in Los Angeles, specializes in property management and real estate investment.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, detailed oriented and can work independently.
• Must be fluent in English & Korean
• Good writing ability, multi-tasking skills, prioritizing, effective communication skills
• Microsoft Word and Excel and general use of computer
• 1 Year Accounting Experience
• Yardi or Quickbooks experience a plus.
• Probationary Period: 3 months
Job Duties:
• Bank deposit, issue payment checks, document scan, book keeping and bank reconciliations, Monthly Reports
• Communicate with tenants and vendors via telephone and email to resolve accounting issues
• Other miscellaneous. property and administrative duties as needed.
Compensation:
• To be determined based on experience.
• Health Insurance upon completion of probation.
• Parking fee paid
• Federal Holiday off
• Paid vacation, paid Holidays
